Introduction
International Summer School for Teens (ISSFT) is an all-encompassing educational programme in Scotland, offering full immersion in the English language, sporting and creative excellence, culture, fun and adventure.

The University of Stirling Campus is situated at the foot of Scotland’s Highlands and is considered one of the most beautiful, safe and well equipped facilities in the world. The campus has a small, friendly feel to it and perfectly balances the traditional and the modern.
The Summer School benefits from a wonderful central location with the Scottish Highlands to the north and major UK cities, Edinburgh and Glasgow only a short journey to the south.

About the school
The University of Stirling estate is considered one of the safest campuses in the United Kingdom and all students are supervised 24 hours a day.
Students live in some of the most modern and comfortable student accommodation in the world.
All of students have a bedroom to themselves, which includes their own toilet, shower and place to study. As the course is for 3 weeks, we find students appreciate their own space and clean bathroom. That being said, they are only in their rooms to sleep, as the Summer School schedule keeps them busy throughout the day

Academic life
Sport and culture
At International Summer School for Teens, we provide a varied, challenging and exciting range of educational classes. To ensure the highest of teaching standards International Summer School for Teens maintains limited places, guaranteeing small class sizes and individual student attention.
A typical day comprises of an Academic class in the morning and an Elective class in the afternoon, with students receiving 6 hours of tuition per day, 5 days a week. When not in class, students will enjoy a rich, varied and exciting range of entertainment and activities, including sports, crafts and trips to Scotland’s greatest cultural landmarks.
Learning outcomes provide new opportunities for students, including the chance to appreciate different perspectives. .
Academic Classes
All of academic classes are designed to be fun, engaging & mindful.
English
Students work in small groups to build confidence in all aspects of English Language.
Study Skills
This class is designed to instill students with the skills and confidence required for academic success after the summer.
Global Entrepreneurship
This class prepares students for future careers by developing a business idea and exploring all aspects of a business.
Introduction to Law
This is an excellent course to give students exposure to the legal process and economic theory, and how they affect society.
Environmental Studies & Conservation
Students will cover a broad range of topics from biology to ecology to climate change and food security.
Elective Classes
The school uses sport, arts, culture and creativity to unlock students’ potential.
Golf, Tennis, Computer Coding, Theatre Skills, Photography
Activities & Trips
Throughout the three weeks of the summer school, students will take part in organised activities at scheduled times during the afternoon and evening.
Activities include: Football, Horse riding, Fencing, Hiking, Raft-Building, Kayaking, Trampolining, Basketball, Mindfulness, Softball, Swimming, Art, Ultimate Frisbee, Dodgeball, Cookery, Soccer, Badminton, Volleyball, Table tennis, Yoga & Martial Arts, Cricket
Excursions include day trips to Scotland’s vibrant university cities and breathtaking tourist attractions: Edinburgh – UK Culture, Scotland’s Capital City, Glasgow – Great Shopping, Famous University Town, Loch Lomond, Stirling, St Andrews, Gleneagles, National Wallace Monument, Bridge of Allan
