Exceptional Academic Programs
From our excellent Core Knowledge Curriculum in the Elementary School to AP and IB Diploma programs in the High School, our academic program is designed to challenge all students. Our students have consistently outperformed their peers in pursuit of the IB Diploma, which opens doors to outstanding universities around the world.
Beautiful Campus Setting
Perched on a hillside in sunny southern Switzerland with commanding views of snow-capped mountains, palm trees, and Lake Lugano, our global village comprises 25 buildings dating from the 17th-century Villa De Nobili to the state-of-the-art Campo Science Center.

We place a great deal of emphasis on teaching physical fitness and healthy lifestyles, offering a variety of adventure trips and varsity and recreational sports. Students leave TASIS with a heightened appreciation for the outdoors and an understanding of what it takes to succeed in challenging environments.

Service on a Global Scale
Our Global Service Program transforms lives by providing every student a unique opportunity to connect across borders through comprehensive experiences that build empathy and encourage personal responsibility. High School students go on life-changing service trips to destinations around the world, including Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, India, Nepal, and Zambia.
Inspired Artists
Our many talented artists are inspired by a majestic natural setting and enjoy access to a robust Fine Arts curriculum that includes more than 20 High School classes in Visual Arts, Music, and Drama, ranging from introductory courses in Photography to IB and AP offerings in Theatre, Architecture, and Drawing &anp; Painting.
Family Atmosphere
When you come to TASIS, you're not just enrolling in a school—you're joining a tight-knit community. Nine on-campus dormitories house approximately 270 boarding students, and our caring and dedicated residential life staff promotes a culture of accountability and self-reliance.
