To assure that our international students have an authentic American school experience, we limit the number of students from any one country as well as cap the total number of international students to roughly 15-20% of our enrollment.
In addition to being immersed in the English language, international students at West Sound Academy are immersed in our surroundings, as well as in our creative community in beautiful Poulsbo in the state of Washington. We’re rural enough to have a family of coyotes and a pair of bald eagles call our campus home but convenient enough that a 10-minute drive across Bainbridge Island plus a 30-minute ferry ride lands you in Seattle with its dynamic mix of culture and entertainment.
