CSFC in quite a short period of time transformed into one of the best boarding schools in UK and a provider of A levels, and because of its educational achievements, great and modern facilities and wide range of extra curricular activities, it inspire many new and old students to explore and master their talents.
Our 2012 results were outstanding, with 99.5% A*–B grades being achieved. Included in these figures, 94% A*–A grades and 60% A* grades were obtained. Additionally CSFC was the only independent school in Wales to be mentioned in a publication by Cambridge Student Union, celebrating 800 Years of Educational Excellence.

Since 2007, 100% of our students applying for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science have been accepted for universities for their chosen study programs. We are so proud to telly you that our students have been successful in achieving places to study other highly demanding courses starting from Engineering and Economics to Social Science and Humanities. Our successful students are now members of top universities in the UK, including Oxford and Cambridge. CSFC changed his premises in 2007 and it was because of the growing number of students. The College’s academic success resulted in having a top place in the League Tables and this definitely lead towards increasing number of applications. At this point the College was really involved into recruiting new national and international students and this is why we needed much larger premises to the present site 1-3 Trinity Court, Newport Road and a current student total number is 204.

About the school
The fundamental purpose of the School is to provide an excellent academic education to all of its students. Beyond the confines of the A level courses students take a range of other courses such as, Cambridge Pre-U, Healthcare Diploma, and various others such as, BMAT,LNAT,TSA,STEP in order to gain entry to career orientated courses like Medicine, Law, Economics and Mathematics. International students have the opportunity to improve their language abilities and prepare for the IELTS examination. In such a way we help them develop for University life and the world of professional work. A unique feature of the College is our hard work which we put into education of you people. Moreover, we organise work experience for the students during half terms and holidays. We also encourage our Students to work as volunteers because it can only be beneficial for them and show them how a real world functions. Finally, our Students participate in a range of academic competitions- Biology Olympiad, Mathematics challenges, Debating competitions, NASA competition, Model United Nations, Young Enterprise and Duke of Edinburgh Award.
