Some history: Abbots Bromley is the best boarding schools in England. Since its foundation in 1874, Abbots Bromley School has acknowledged that there is real strength, during the formative years, in a girls’ only education.
As the first established girls’ school in the Woodard Corporation, Abbots Bromley School has existed in several previous guises.
Initially two separate schools, St Mary’s and St Anne’s, the two schools amalgamated in 1921 to develop into one sizeable independent school. The school crest, incorporating the dove and a lily, unites the symbols of both schools. The school now takes its name, Abbots Bromley School, from the picturesque and quintessentially English village in which it safely nestles.

It became Abbots Bromley School in 2015, when it began to include boys.

Campus size and facilities: Stunning, tree-lined, 53-acre campus offers the perfect ‘green environment’ in which to enjoy life. The school was formed by the amalgamation of two schools ( St Mary and St Anna ) and occupies two sites divided by a public road.

The prepartory school is housed within the senior school on the St Anne's site and the internatinal college is on the St. Mary's site.

The village is a wonderfully safe, quintessentially English environment in which to learn and develop independence.

All pupils benefit from the superb on-site facilities that include a heated indoor swimming pool, sports hall, tennis courts, extensive playing fields, the equestrian centre and a dance school.
